Together Towards Tomorrow

The Vidya Vikas Mandal's Ramacrisna Madeva Higher Secondary school Margao in association with Goa Sudharop Community Development Inc USA organized a one day training programme "Together Towards Tomorrow" for students of Std X. XI and XII at R.M.Salgaocar Higher secondary School Margao. 86 students from various schools of Margao participated in the training programme. Mr.Ramnath G.Kare President of Vidya Vikas Mandal was the Chief Guest for the Inaugural ceremony. Mr Ibonio D'souza. Goa Representative of Goa Sudharop welcomed the gathering and informed the audience about the various activities conducted by the Goa Sudharop and the future plans for the benefit of the students. Mr. Vinod V. Powar Principal of R.M.Salgaocar Higher secondary school introduced the Chief Guest.

Mr Kare in his speech urged the students to take the maximum benefit of such programmes as such programmes help in moulding young minds to give a better performance. He was appreciative of the efforts of Goa Sudharop and R.M.S.H.S.S. in organizing the programme and assured his support at all times.

Br. Prahlad Chaitanya of Chinamya mission conducted a session on "Stress Management" and explained to the students the various ways of handling stress.. Dr. Jorson Fernandes President and surgeon examiner St. Johns Ambulance Association conducted the session on "Adolescent sexual health" , while Mr. Neeraj Aguiar Administrator of NUSI Maritime Academy did the session on 'Personal Awareness' Mr Amol Kamat Prime trainer Junior Chamber International conducted a session on "Designing your own destiny"
